Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Trophy Canvas!

For Non-Custom Items we offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, our ability to accept a return is very limited.

We cannot offer a return for Custom Items like Trophy Canvas and Mission Canvas. We can only exchange if there is a clear defect or problem.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized Products such as Trophy Canvas & Mission Canvas items

Return and Exchange (if applicable) Process

We replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to return or exchange an item:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. Include one or more photos of the item, especially if it arrived damaged or defective with a brief description of the problem.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund or return will be processed.

Exchanges will receive a replacement product, and returns will receive a full or partial credit, which will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 days of receipt and approval of the credit.

Shipping

  • We will advise the shipping address to use to send your item when the return has been approved.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
