Q: What is included in my order for a Trophy Canvas™ or a Mission Canvas™?
A: Every Trophy Canvas and Mission Canvas that is ordered includes the following:
- We will upscale and color grade the image you uploaded, and we may need to add content if the photo is not scaled correctly.
- We will send you a Proof for your approval before we produce your Trophy Canvas or Mission Canvas.
- We will send you a photo file of your finished product that is suitable for sharing in your social networks.
- We will send you the finished Trophy Canvas or Mission Canvas art to you.
Q: What is the best type and quality of photo to upload for the best result?
A: Best Type of Photo
The best type of photo would be one with plenty of background around your main subject, NOT a close-up of your main subject. Close ups are very difficult for us to do successfully and we often ask for a replacement photo. Please remember that we are not only upscaling and setting up your image to look amazing, but we also need a part of the image to be on the sides of the canvas as well for the best looking wrap. Sometimes we will use special methods to add background for the side edges if there is not enough, but only when we need to.
A: Best Quality of Photo
The best quality is the highest resolution photo that you have of your subject. We will always upscale the image, so send us the best that you have and let us work our magic! If the result is not in the range of what is acceptable to us then we will let you know.
Q: How long does it take to get my Trophy Canvas™ or Mission Canvas™?
A: From the time you have approved the proof that we have sent to you, it typically will take 2-5 business days to complete and ship your Trophy Canvas or Mission Canvas.
Q: Where are the Trophy Canvas™ or Mission Canvas™ items made?
A: All Trophy Canvas and Mission Canvas wrapped or framed canvas items are printed and wrapped or framed in the USA.
Q: What if I misspelled a name or place on the Mission Canvas or Trophy Canvas order form?
A: Please check your form carefully before submitting your Mission Canvas or Trophy Canvas. We will send you a pre-print proof before we produce your item. Please make sure and let us know if there are any misspellings when you send back the proof to us so they can be corrected. If there is a second proof required, we do have to charge for this. Right now we charge $10.00 for a second proof.
Q: How can I re-order more of the same Mission Canvas or Trophy Canvas items I already ordered before?
A: Please email us at support@trophycanvas.com and include the order number of the item that you would like to re-order. We will set it up on our site and send you a link to review and pay for your re-order.
Q: How can I order more of the same Mission Canvas or Trophy Canvas in different sizes?
A: Right now our website can only process orders of just one size. If you need more than one of the same size when you place your order, you can do that in the current product page. It drives us crazy too and we are working on an update to our site to make multiple sizes of the same uploaded photo easier.
For now, place your order for the largest size you plan to order. Once we confirm your order, email us at support@trophycanvas.com with your order number and advise what other sizes and quantities that you need. We will set it up on our site and send you a link to review and pay for your additional sizes.
Q: Can I mount my Trophy Canvas or Mission Canvas art outside?
A: All Trophy Canvas and Mission Canvas wrapped or framed canvas items are printed and intended for use and display indoors. It is best to also avoid displaying this art on indoor walls that have unfiltered and bright sun in order to prevent colors from fading over time.
