Order & Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3 business days to process your order and send you a proof (for customized products like Trophy Canvas art). Once you have confirmed the proof that has been sent, we will immediately approve your order for production. Current production times are 3-5 business days once proof is confirmed. Expect an email from us about that time to let you know your order is on the way!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days once proofs have been confirmed. We will send you a tracking number for your order once it ships from our production center. Depending on where you live in the USA, you should be receiving your order within 3-5 days of shipment.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Orders in excess of $50 are generally shipped free of charge unless noted (Extra Large canvas products, etc.) to the Continental US. Orders for less than $50 will require shipping charges, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time our website does not process orders for shipment outside the US and Canada. Please reach out to us at support@trophycanvas.com about custom orders that need to ship outside the US & Canada.
If your shipment is ordered for delivery to Canada, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. Trophy Canvas is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please refer to our Return Policy regarding returns.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@trophycanvas.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
